Waffles

2 cups flour
1scoop vanilla protein powder
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 1/4 c milk
4 T melted butter

Sift together dry ingredients, set aside.

Separate the eggs. Whip the white till stiff, then stir in the yolks. Add remaining wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients.

Makes 6-8 Belgian style/size waffles.
