Butterscotch cookies

½ c butter
1 ½ c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c sour cream
2 ½ c flour
1 t baking soda
½ t baking powder
Bake 350 until bottoms are barely brown - ~8 minutes
Icing:
Regular butter icing, but pan-brown the butter first. (This means, burn the butter in the pan.)
