Apple Pie Pockets

1 pkg refrigerator pie crust
3 apples (peeled, cored and sliced thin)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp butter
milk
1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon combined in a small bowl

Preheat: 400 F
Bake 15-18 minutes
Makes 8

(editor's note: There were no instructions. I assume: combine all the ingredients from apples to butter together. Take a triangle of pie crust, put the apple mix on it, fold over and press the edges - kind of like a calzone. Paint the top with milk and sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture overtop)
